Rhiannon Petersen is a multidisciplinary artist who engages in various roles across the performing arts, and has recently completed a Bachelor of Arts in Performance Studies at Curtin University. So far this year, she has been the PIAF's Young Creative for Theatre, and devised and directed The Secret Garden Project as part of Those Who Love You for Fringe World. Rhiannon has experience in writing and devising, and has worked Dramaturg on a production of The Chairs (The Hayman Theatre Company 2015). In 2015, Rhiannon designed the lighting for In a Bony Embrace (The Hayman Theatre Company) at the Blue Room Theatre. Rhiannon has also designed lighting for several shows at Hayman Theatre including The Emperor’s New Clothes, Crashed, Albert and The Hayman Revue. In 2014, Rhiannon worked with the Hayman Theatre Company as a lighting technician and assistant designer on several shows including Orlando, Reuben Guthrie and Teeth 2 Tail; in which she received mentorship from Karen Cook and Chris Donnelly.
